Overnight Camel Ride in Merzouga

After meeting you in the village of Merzouga, you will leave your car at secure parking and pack the necessary things for the evening in the desert. The overnight camel trekking will start around 2 hours before sunset and take you right into the heart of the golden dunes.
The camel ride takes about an hour and a half, you will have the opportunity to watch one of the most beautiful sunsets, then try sandboarding if you are interested, during the trek, you will have a break in the middle of the Sahara to take several pictures and enjoy the landscapes until the sun goes down, then continue to your camp where you will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea.
We will offer you the most traditional evening possible in the desert with authentic food, local music, and different tents to accommodate all.
Next day, we highly recommend rising before it gets light to see a magnificent sunrise across the dunes, after, you will have a delicious Moroccan breakfast and take shower at the camp, afterward you will have the opportunity to ride the camels again back to the original starting location or there is an option of transferring you straight from the camp to the village if you don’t want to ride the camels anymore.
